A phylogenetically diverse, low richness synthetic mouse microbial community.

This study aims to establish a low diversity host-associated synthetic microbial community and assess the microbial community's ability to induce important immune populations in the intestine. Additionally, we aim to compare immune repertoire diversity and intestinal distribution and stability of microbial populations in these synthetic communities and normally raised (SPF) mice.
