Effrenium voratum genomes and genes

This dataset contains the genome assemblies of three Effrenium voratum (NCBI:txid2562239) isolates (*.genome.fa): CCMP421, RCC1521, and rt-383, generated from a combination of short (Illumina) and long-read (PacBio, Nanopore, 10X Linked Read) sequencing technologies. Also included are their predicted genes (in coding sequences, *CDS.fa) and corresponding predicted protein sequences (*proteins.fa) in two versions: with and without (*.no_iso.*) isoforms. The gene model annotations are in GFF3 format, with (*.genome.gff3) and without isoforms (*.genes.gff3). The organellar gene model annotations and scaffolds are also included.
