Effect of PMA/Ionomycin mediated T cell activation on Jurkat Tat gene expression

To investigate gene regulation in response to T cell activation. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of cell lines stimulated by PMA and Ionomycin.
