MODELOS COMPARADOS DE SERVICIO CIVIL EN 5 PAISES: ALEMANIA, FRANCIA, GRAN BRETAÑA, ESPAÑA E ITALIA.

We have carried out a Comparative Study of the Civil Service Models in five (5) countries, which are characterized by the robustness of their Public Administration, based on the legal framework of each nation: its Principal Law that supports the Political Constitution, Law of Public Administration, among other substantive laws. Special consideration has been given in our Study to the legislation that enshrines social rights and achievements in each of the reference nations.
