Isostichopus badionotus (de-novo transcriptome assembly and RNA-Seq). Isostichopus badionotus cultivar:Chocochip

In this study, we present a de-novo transcriptome assembly of the body wall of sea cucumber Isostichopus badionotus. Differential transcript expression between wild cathched and animals growth in captivity has been performed with RNA-Seq data. Our study provides primary information for future studies of potential molecular mechanisms that may be used to assist the sea cucumber aquaculture industry.
