The aim of this study was to demonstrate the effect of a lead compound on gut bacteria of mice compared to vehicle (DMSO/PBS) and metronidazole. The feces were collected prior to dosing. The mice were then dosed daily and feces collected at the same time. A bacterial profile using V3-V4 16S rRNA gene was used.
