This research investigates how varied teaching methods, instructor support, and student innovation contribute to learning outcomes among Public Administration students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The study gathered data from 233 students through structured online questionnaires and analyzed the results using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in SmartPLS 4. The primary focus was on assessing whether different teaching techniques, such as simulations and group work, enhance creativity and practical engagement among students. Findings indicate that diverse teaching activities are effective in stimulating creativity, while strong instructor support plays a crucial role in enhancing students' creative problem-solving skills. These combined approaches enable students to bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, fostering student-led innovation. However, an interesting outcome of the study was that student innovation did not mediate the relationship between teaching methods and learning outcomes. This unexpected result suggests that factors beyond student innovation—potentially including intrinsic motivation or an optimized learning environment—may also influence the link between teaching methods and learning outcomes. The study underscores the importance of adopting innovative teaching techniques and motivational strategies to unlock students' learning potential and boost the academic prominence of Public Administration students. This insight emphasizes the value of an engaging learning environment where students are empowered to apply theoretical insights practically, contributing to both academic growth and skill development.
