We present an atlas of global gene expression covering embryo and seed coat development in lentil, providing insights into the evolution of gene expression in embryogenesis of lentil species. Overall design: We investigate the dynamics and evolution of gene expression throughout eight stages of embryo development, and one unfertilized ovule stage in lentil.
