Multispectral and thermal aerial images were acquired on two trials composed of 249 sweetpotato genotypes of CIP genebank. The trials were: 1) Control treatment: it was grown under potential conditions and 2) Virus treatment: It was composed of three replications, and the accesions were surrounded by plants infected with sweet potato virus disease (SPVD).
