TME Analysis Data from CmTSA Staining in the ICSBR Study

Panel 1 data contain CmTSA data from 36 pre-treatment and 3 post-treatment FFPE samples, stained for CD4, CD8a, CD11c, panCK, and FAP. Panel 2 data contain data from 4 pre-treatment FFPE samples, stained for CD4, CD8a, CD20, CD38, CD57, FOXP3, PD-1, CD14, CD16, CD68, CD163, CD11c, tryptase, MPO, Arg1, FAP, αSMA, CD31, and panCK. Data were derived from QuPath v0.5.1 after cell segmentation and marker positivity classification, and include Object ID, Classification, Parent, and cellular X- and Y-coordinates.
