Data and code for Fourier Transform Temporal Diffusion Spectroscopy

This data set contains raw data from a Bruker micro-MRI system running ParaVision360.3.3 software (data), the measurement method code for this system (method), and matlab code used to generate plots for the figures 3 and 4 of the paper (matlab). The latter includes the reconstruction of images and calculation of FTDS spectra for selected image regions and for all pixels, respectively.
