This series consists of volumes detailing male children admissions to a reception centre at Turana Youth Training Centre (1962-1968) (VA 971) and Baltara Reception Centre (1968-1988) (VA 5090) located in Parkville.The register records the admission and discharge of boys on a weekly basis.The Admission and Discharge Register includes the following:- name- DOB- admission number- whether ward or remand- parents' names and address- to whom discharged
