This data set shows the change in color tone in plastic (masterbatch), enamel, ceramic coloring with different NIO ratios of PY53 Nickel-Titanate-Pigment calcined at different rates by solid-state reaction. When the nickel oxide ratio increased, the yellowness value for the plastic increased and a darker pigment was obtained. Different results were obtained in other applications. This data set can enable a researcher working with PY53 pigment to reach the desired pigment color by determining the ratios of raw materials.
本数据集揭示了通过固态反应以不同速率煅烧的PY53镍钛酸盐颜料在不同NIO比例下的塑料(母粒)、搪瓷、陶瓷着色剂颜色色调的变化。随着氧化镍比例的提升,塑料的黄色度值增加,并得到更深色调的颜料。在其他应用中,得到了不同的结果。此数据集可助力从事PY53颜料研究的科研人员通过确定原料比例,达到所需的颜料颜色。
