Transcriptomic profile at single cell level of Age-associated B cells (ABCs) from individuals with different health conditions

Age-associated B cells are considered a homogenoeus B cell sub-population whose accumulation has been linked to a altered immune response. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity ABCs from different health conditions. Overall design: B cell population was magnetically enriched from frozen PBMCs. Samples were next labelled with oligonucleotide-tagged antibodies to identify Age-associated B cells and analyzed using scRNAseq.
