Haidilao is a Chinese Hot pot chain restaurant with branches in many countries worldwide. Haidilao has grown to have more than 1,000 stores in a few years. Its critical success factor is providing service beyond customers' expectations.Although branch expansion continues, the business performance of Haidilao overseas is reversed. The company recognized losses three years in a row from 2019-2021 during the global pandemic. This independent study aims to analyze the causes of the company's losses. Also, provide appropriate recommendations for turning around its business in the overseas market, particularly in Thailand. This research would utilize the company's secondary data from the annual report and the Application Proof of Super Hi International Holding LTD., the overseas business that recently spun off from its mother company. This research can be used by chain restaurants in the food and beverage industry to improve business performance by cutting costs and increasing sales to achieve the company’s expected profits.
