Extensive oscillatory gene expression during C. elegans larval development [RNA-seq for polyA enriched mRNAs]

We report the presence of extensive, transcriptionally controlled oscillations in the C. elegans, developmental transcriptome. Furthermore, using ribosome profiling, we show that these oscillating transcripts are actively translated.
