Healthcare provider perceptions of a novel visual feedback device for newborn resuscitation

This qualitative data transcripts were obtained from a study whose aim was to investigate healthcare providers' perceptions on the use of the Augmented Infant Resuscitator (AIR) on manikins. AIR provides real-time, objective, visual feedback on the quality of ventilation during neonatal resuscitation training. The study sought to understand healthcare workers' impressions of the device, its usability, effectiveness in improving ventilation quality, barriers and facilitators to its adoption in healthcare practice, and recommendations for optimizing its design.
