The Chinese/English Political Interpreting Corpus (CEPIC)

The CEPIC consists of transcripts of speeches delivered by top political figures from Hong Kong, Beijing, Washington DC and London, as well as their translated/interpreted texts.
The main speech types of CEPIC include the reading of government reports such as policy addresses and budget speeches, Q&A at press conferences, parliamentary debates, as well as remarks delivered at bilateral meetings.
The corpus features a parallel display of up to six versions of the same speech segment, aligned at paragraph level.
The corpus is available for online querying through a dedicated concordancer.

CEPIC数据集收录了来自中国香港、北京、华盛顿特区及伦敦的顶尖政治人物的演讲转录文稿，以及这些演讲的译制文本与口译文本。
该数据集涵盖的主要演讲类型包括：政策演说、预算演讲等政府报告宣读内容，新闻发布会问答环节实录，议会辩论发言，以及双边会谈致辞。
该语料库支持对同一演讲片段最多六个版本的并行展示，并实现段落层级的精准对齐。
