Fluorescent aptamer probe for ATP

The collection contains fluorescence spectra obtained during research study on the development of aptamer probe for monitoring of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) level. In the first part of the study, the aptamer probe was characterized by investigation of the probe stability, sensitivity and selectivity against other nucleoside triphosphates (UTP, CTP, GTP). Then, the possibility of the ATP level determination in untreated SW480 cancer cells, as well in cells treated with glycolysis inhibitor (2-deoxyglucose, 2-DG) was tested.
