Chlamydomonas incerta MA lines sequences

Chlamydomonas incerta mutation accumulation (MA) lines were generated from ancestor strain SAG 7.73 and maintained for an average of 788 generations. The goal of the study was the detection of de novo mutations, and the comparison of mutational rates and properties of C. incerta with those of other organisms, including its close relative the model green alga C. reinhardtii.
