CT based assessment of TKA

CT evaluation of TKA in 02 different implant designs , PFC sigma and Genesis II, after implantation, to verify the external rotation of the femoral component achieved with reference to the TEA.Genesis II has a Fixed inbuilt external rotation of 3 degrees and the PFC sigma can be modified. The data highlights the effective femoral external rotation achieved and its possible impact on patellofemoral kinematics
