This is a large-scale molecular graph dataset for computational chemistry applications. It contains 2,500 graphs randomly sampled from the ZINC test set. Additionally, this dataset also includes node pairs sampled based on shortest path distances for evaluating inference performance. The tasks include two edge prediction subtasks: connectivity prediction (Ep-Cp) and distance prediction (Ep-Dp).
