Crepidula atrasolea Developmental Transcriptome. Crepidula atrasolea

Both short read transcriptomes generated by Illumina sequencing and long read transcriptomes generated by PacBio Iso-seq were used to construct a high coverage transcriptome for C. atrasolea. The long read Iso-seq reads collected herein, were from zygote through early juvenile development, as well as adult mantle, single juvenile male, and other organs. The short read transcriptomes were downloaded from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under accession number (SRP114839; Henry et al. 2017). We used rnaSPAdes (version 3.15.4) (Bushmanova et al. 2019) to construct the hybrid transcriptome.
