Human bronchial epithelial cells (16HBE) were selected, and the experimental group was infected with BPDE, while the solvent control group (equal volume dimethyl sulfoxide added) and the blank control group (normal medium added) were set up. After 24 h of treatment, the infected group and the solvent control group were subjected to transcriptome sequencing (RNA-SEQ) using the BGISEQ platform.
