Antibody-free enzyme-assisted chemical approach for detection of N6-methyladenosine

We applied chemical-assisted, m6A-SEAL method to profile m6A distributions in the transcriptomes of human and plant cells and compared its results against MeRIPm6A-seq. Examination for RNA methylation states on different species by chemical assisted method (m6A-SEAL) and antibody-based method (MeRIP-seq), then analyzed and compared the performance of those two methods.
