资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and processed Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) microrheology measurements used in the study “Retina Microrheology via Oscillatory Atomic Force Microscopy.” Data include force–indentation curves, oscillatory force and displacement signals (1–100 Hz), and the corresponding script to extract mechanical parameters (storage modulus E', loss modulus E'', and loss factor tanδ) for murine retinal tissues. Measurements were collected from healthy control and Oxygen-Induced Retinopathy (OIR) mice, as well as from tissues fixed with paraformaldehyde or methanol.
All AFM measurements were performed on a Bruker Nanowizard V Bioscience system using SAA-SPH-1UM cantilevers. Raw force and displacement data were exported directly from the instrument software, and viscoelastic parameters were computed using custom Python scripts implementing FFT-based amplitude and phase extraction and Hertz-model modulus conversion. These files enable full reproduction of the analysis and facilitate reuse of the AFM microrheology pipeline for other soft tissues.
