Chromosome-scale Gastrodia elata Genome

Genome assembly and annotation files from "A chromosome‐scale Gastrodia elata genome and large‐scale comparative genomic analysis indicate convergent evolution by gene loss in mycoheterotrophic and parasitic plants" (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/tpj.15528). The same data is also deposited at NGDC (PRJCA005619), and the data deposited here contains pseudogenes (please see "Note" field in the gff file) and some gene annotations that could not be validated by NGDC (probably due to incomplete sequences, etc.)
