Eleven strains of spectinomycin resistant Bacillus subtilis were grown together in a mixed community at various levels of antibiotic selection. The community was sampled at 0, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours to measure the relative abundance of each strain. The data collected provides insights into the fitness of mutations at various levels of antibiotic selection.
