Nepal (2013): Mystery Client study assessing the family planning recommending practices and client counseling behavior of providers. Round I.

The goal of this study is to monitor provider FP recommending practices to assess the effectiveness of the provider training and detailing activities. PSI/Nepal utilized mystery client survey technique to gather information from the network providers. This technique allowed PSI to determine the quality of service offered to clients. The purpose of this study is to establish a baseline for the next phase of the program and to provide monitoring information regarding network provider FP recommending practices and counseling behavior.
