This dataset contains the raw 16S rRNA gene sequencing data generated from rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) rhizosphere soils exposed to elevated atmospheric CO₂ (550 ppm) and Pb contamination (400 mg/kg). The experiment was designed to investigate how future atmospheric CO₂ enrichment modulates the impacts of heavy metal stress on rhizosphere bacterial communities. Soil samples were collected after the completion of controlled-environment pot experiments and subjected to Illumina high-throughput sequencing. The dataset includes raw FASTQ files, sample metadata, and corresponding environmental information. These data support the analyses of microbial community composition, diversity, and functional responses under combined CO₂ enrichment and Pb stress. The dataset is deposited to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and reuse by the scientific community.
