Replication Data for: Dimensions of cellulose nanocrystals from cotton and bacterial cellulose: comparison of microscopy and scattering techniques

The dataset contains raw data used for determination of dimensions of cellulose nanocrystals from different sources and different surface chemistry. Atomic force microscopy was used to determine length, width and height (and their respective polydispersities); small angle X-ray scattering was used to obtain width and height (and their respective polydispersities). Depolarized dynamic light scattering and static light scattering were used to obtain hydrodynamic cross-section dimension and radius of gyration respectively, which are complementary to the actual dimensions
