DNA and RNA Sequencing of 25 CRC patients

Neoantigen-based immunotherapy holds potential to enhance cancer patient survival. However, current DNA sequencing (DNAseq) for mutation identification yields many neoantigen candidates, only few are suitable for clinical use. To address this, we propose integrating RNA sequencing (RNAseq) to enhance immunogenic neoantigen yield. We conducted DNA and RNA-Seq on 25 colorectal cancer patients, including tumor and matched normal samples, generating 100-bp paired-end reads on the DNBSEQ-G400 sequencer (MGI, China). Our study aims to optimize neoantigen selection for more effective cancer immunotherapy.
