Raw simulation and large intermediate processed data

Simulation data (RData) to reproduced our results.
These files are generated from the scripts in r_sims/. Large data simulation files are processed by the analyses/Makefile by running make server, producing predf_varyn.rda, pd5f_varyn.rda, and expfit-varyl-covs.Rdata. The other files are directly produced by the simulation results.
expfit-more-loci-covs.Rdata was added in the revision process — these are simulation results like expfit-varyl-covs.Rdata with more loci, to be more similar to real data for checking the method of moments estimation technique with sampling noise.
