Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain Fito_F321 was isolated from grapevine leaves and was a naturally occurring strain in vineyard. Herein, we have obtained the draft genome sequencing of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain Fito_F321, in order to improve the knowledge of genes evolved in the interaction with grapevine and with antimicrobial activity interest for further viticulture and agronomic applications.
