Stable isotopic analysis of chub otolith from the Rhône River

This dataset consists of 2 table sheets: Sheet 1: For each fish individual are provided: the sampling station, the total fish length (mm), the age (days), the estimated hatching date, the river of origin identified using otolith and water microchemistry, the migrant status, the daily growth rate of the otolith (µm/day), the oxygen isotopic ratio of the otolith, the theoretical oxygen isotopic ratio of the aragonite given the ambient temperature and isotopic ratio of the water, and the average ambient temperature of the water during the life of the individual. <br> Sheet 2: Monthly information for each sampling station: date of sampling, the oxygen isotopic ratio of the water and the average water temperature.
