ST data preprocessed using DEGAS pipeline is included below, along with the digitized biopsies and autoencoder bottleneck embeddings used for analysis. "PatDat" and "PatLab" files are the TCGA gene expression and PFS data, respectively, also preprocessed using the DEGAS pipeline.
