Single-cell RNAseq data of cortical organoids derived from patients with NARS mutations and controls

Cortical organoids generated from iPSCs derived from microcephalic patients and matched controls were collected at differentiation day 52, combined and dissociated into single cells. 10X Genomics Chromium system and Single Cell 3’ Reagent Kits V2 were used to generate cDNA and sequencing libraries. The mutations were: A homozygous missense mutation in NARS (c.50G>A, p.T1M) and A compound heterozygous mutations (c.[1067A>C]; [203dup], p. Asp256Ala, p. Met9Aspfs*). Each library was sequenced using the Illumina Hiseq4000 PE100bp in Rapid Run Mode.
