The material for the Danish Electorate Studies, October 1971 was collected by the Danish Gallup Institute after the general election on 21 September, 1971. #The subjects examined are: The respondents' government preference; attitude to the EC; the rule requiring a party to win a certain percentage of votes (2%) in order to be represented in the Danish Parliament; and the effect of this rule on voting. #The data material from DDA-0095 to DDA-0100 and DDA-0140 was used by Gøsta Esping-Andersen in connection with a study of politically motivated changes in the social basis of the Danish political parties
