Climate Change and Eutrophication Drive Declining DO and Increased Diel Variability in a Shallow Eutrophic Lake

This dataset comprises 12 years (2012–2023) of daily mean measurements collected using YSI sondes, including dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration, water temperature, turbidity, pH, and chlorophyll-a (Chla). Additionally, it includes monthly nutrient data from northern Lake Taihu, China, encompassing total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), dissolved nutrients (DTN, DTP, NO₃⁻, NH₄⁺, NO₂⁻, PO₄³⁻), and Chla concentrations.
