Dimensional measurements in three anatomical directions on µCT data of archaeological wood before and after conservation

The repository contains images of 80 wood samples from the LEIZA reference collection taken along three anatomical directions (the radial, tangential and longitudinal axes). These samples were documented as part of the CuTAWAY project. Each wood sample was documented using micro-X-ray computed tomography (µCT) before (VZ) and after (EZ) conservation. Additional information can be found in the stored metafiles (*.tiff) and the sample overview (*.pdf). Data acquisition took place between 2019 and 2023.
