船舶航行动态数据集主要面向在航船舶航行安全保障，由课题四研制的在航船舶安全信息大数据分析应用平台生成，可以通过对历史船舶轨迹和船舶动态数据，实现对船舶安全风险预警，并在后台生成数据集文件。主要记录了船舶名称、航线等。

The Ship Navigation Dynamic Dataset is primarily targeted at ensuring the navigation safety of underway vessels. It is generated by the Underway Ship Safety Information Big Data Analysis and Application Platform developed by Task 4. The dataset can conduct ship safety risk early warning by analyzing historical ship trajectories and dynamic ship data, and generate dataset files in the backend. It mainly records information such as ship names and navigation routes.
