"This dataset provides clinical recordings of radial artery ultrasound signals for non-invasive blood pressure (BP) estimation. It includes blood pressure data and features of radial artery extracted from the ultrasound signals from 90 patients. Among the reference systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) from the invasive method, the values of SBP range from 89 mmHg to 177 mmHg, with a mean value of 133.96 mmHg and a standard deviation of 18.08 mmHg. The values of DBP range from 37 mmHg to 107 mmHg, with a mean value of 65.86 mmHg and a standard deviation of 10.07 mmHg. For each participant, the dataset contains: (1) Diameter pulse waves of the radial artery, (2) synchronously measured reference BP waveforms from the invasive method , and (3) SBP and DBP of the first segment of the pulse waves. The data were collected using a ultrasound system with a T-shaped miniaturized linear array probe. This dataset can be used to develop and validate deep learning algorithms for continuous and non-invasive BP monitoring based on diameter pulse waves."
