Demographic history and species delimitation of three Zamia species (Zamiaceae) in south-eastern Mexico: Z. katzeriana is not a product of hybridization

The data correspond to three cycad species: <em>Zamia splendens</em>, <em>Z. katzeriana</em>, and <em>Z. loddigesii</em>, as explained in the article deposited at https://doi.org/10.1093/botlinnean/boac062 . Three datasets are: 1) Microsatellite genotyping data (11 loci) of 10 populations; 2) Morphometric data (traits A-L, abbreviations in the reference provided above). 3) Bioclimatic data of the populations' localities surveyed.
