Randomized trials of primary debulking surgery versus neoadjuvant chemotherapy in advanced ovarian cancer: harmonized trial-level inputs, effect-modification map and analysis code

Trial-level inputs, effect-modification evidence map and Python analysis code supporting a narrative review of randomized trials comparing primary debulking surgery with neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by interval cytoreduction in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer. The files reproduce the harmonized overall-survival synthesis, its sensitivity analyses, a post hoc era contrast, the death-equivalent information carried by the five trials, the smallest detectable ratio of hazard ratios, interaction event requirements and a Bayesian trial-level meta-regression on a technical-resectability design domain. Version 1.1 changes the primary confidence interval to the modified Hartung–Knapp method and adds the information analysis; see README.md for all changes from version 1.0.
