RNA-seq analysis of wheat (Triticum aestivum) root responses to alkaline stress

This project aims to investigate the transcriptional responses of wheat (Triticum aestivum) roots under alkaline stress. RNA-seq was performed on two wheat cultivars, W5 and W7, each subjected to three treatments: control (CK), mild alkaline stress (T1), and severe alkaline stress (T2), with three biological replicates per treatment. A total of 18 root samples were sequenced. The data provide insights into molecular mechanisms of alkaline stress adaptation in wheat.
