KGD

To efficiently store, analyze, integrate, and disseminate these large-scale datasets to the research community, we constructed the Kiwifruit Genome Database (KGD; http://kiwifruitgenome.org/). The database currently contains all publicly available genome and gene sequences, gene annotations, biochemical pathways, transcriptome profiles derived from public RNA-Seq datasets, and comparative genomic analysis results such as syntenic blocks and homologous gene pairs between different kiwifruit genome assemblies.

为高效向科研共同体存储、分析、整合并共享此类大规模数据集，我们构建了猕猴桃基因组数据库（Kiwifruit Genome Database，KGD；访问网址：http://kiwifruitgenome.org/）。该数据库目前收录了所有公开可得的基因组与基因序列、基因注释信息、生化通路数据、源自公开RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据集的转录组谱，以及不同猕猴桃基因组组装版本间的比较基因组分析结果，例如共线性区块（syntenic blocks）与同源基因对（homologous gene pairs）。
