RNA sequencing data of mouse intestinal epithelial cells following different dietary treatments and Trichuris muris infection

Mice were fed either a synthetic control diet or an inulin-enriched diet for 14 days prior to infection. Half of the mice in each dietary group were infected with 300 T. muris eggs, and euthanised 72 hours post-infection. Overall design: Mice (n=5 per group) were rnadomly allocated to groups. Diets were fed ad libitum. IEC were isolated from colon tissue using EDTA digestion.
