Effect of guarana (Paullinia cupana) intake on the Drosophila gene expression pattern

We examined whether guarana intake changes gene expression patterns in adult flies by RNA-seq. Five-day-old flies were kept in the yeast/glucose medium with 0, 5, or 10 mg/ml guarana for 72 hours and subjected to RNA-seq. Each sample was prepared in triplicate to allow statistical analysis.
