ZED Stereo Underwater Biological Dataset for Marine Biological Monitoring

This dataset contains author-collected underwater stereo images acquired using a ZED camera for marine biological monitoring and underwater object detection. Both left-view and right-view images are included, together with corresponding YOLO-format annotations. The dataset contains four biological object categories: holothurian, echinus, scallop, and starfish. The data are organized into training and validation subsets and support the experiments reported in the manuscript “Dual-Stage Underwater Visual Perception for Marine Biological Monitoring: Image Enhancement and Attention-Guided Detection”.This repository contains only the author-collected ZED dataset. The URPC2020-ZJ dataset used in this study is a publicly available third-party dataset and can be accessed through the OpenI repository at https://openi.pcl.ac.cn/OpenOrcinus_orca/URPC_opticalimage_dataset/datasets.
