Duolang Sheep lung kidney liver

This study conducted transcriptomic (RNA-seq) analysis of lung, liver, and kidney tissues from the Duolang sheep using eukaryotic reference genomes. The research aims to identify characteristic biological changes in Duolang sheep under drought conditions through transcriptomic analysis, reveal the underlying mechanisms of its environmental adaptability, provide a theoretical foundation for discovering drought-resistant genes in Duolang sheep, and offer theoretical references for breed improvement.
